In addition to serving as the company’s president and CEO, Marc is also the company’s chief technologist.

Ian’s ability to solve problems and remove obstacles helps keep the team moving forward.

Soren Groth is hard-knuckled project director who takes on the task of representing all PH Windsolutions customers. His role is to be the advocate of the blade manufacturing teams and the production managers at each factory all over the world and he whips the PH team into shape so no one is ever let down.

Born in Montreal, Ken has worked as a mechanical engineer for 14 years, specializing in the development of industrial and agricultural machinery. Ken's hands-on approach - from brain storming new ideas through to manufacturing - is what makes him an innovative engineer and key to his effective leadership.
A wizard at supply-chain management and procurement, Joe oversees procurement, purchasing, inventory, and production scheduling. Joe has the unique ability to conceptualize a project as a collection of parts, a set of dependencies and manufacturing tasks, and somehow manages to choreograph everything as a production schedule.
